All applications MUST be made on the FREE Ads Application. The staff at ADSA may not submit a request on behalf of a client. All applications are subjected to an approval process.

Only 2 ads are accepted per office/company/business. That includes their representatives, agents and franchises.

Large companies or organisations, their affiliates, representatives, agents, consultants or franchises, do not qualify for free ads. Free ad applications from such parties will not be responded to. Large businesses or companies can request application forms.

Properties: Applications for properties (includes all sales of businesses and real estate, rental and accommodation) must send at least one photo when the office contacts you to confirm your application. If the designer has to create an image to reflect the property, the Paid Options (Item 9) will apply. The designer will create a special image for a fee of R75, if it suits the work schedule. Property applications without photos or an image will unfortunately not be published.

Other advertising companies, organisations, websites or similar institutions DO NOT qualify for the Free Ads option.

Vehicles: Cars, trucks, caravans, bakkies, boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and so on, must send at least one photo when the office contacts you to confirm your ad. Vehicle applications without photos will unfortunately not be published.

All kinds of so-called Work-from-Home scams/schemes, E-typing and data processing scams are not accepted at ADSA. For more details see: BLACKLIST

Persons that advertise on 2 other sites on the Internet DO NOT qualify for the Free Ads option. If the particular item, product or service has exposure, or is advertised on 2 other sites on the Internet, it will not qualify for the Free Ads option.

Please acknowledge receipt of emails received from the ADSA office personally. Failure to do so will CANCEL your applications. Please do not use an "autoresponder".

Take note of our requests and recommendations to make the placing of the ad successful.

Ads are revised with every new issue and tested for broken links. Ads with broken links will be removed, even if the allotted time (2 months) has not expired.

Websites with "Under construction" pages will probably not be approved. The same will be applicable for sites that are not usable in open source browsers such as SeaMonkey and Firefox.

Applicants must handle all referrals, requests and emails that are received in response to their ad. NO correspondence will be handled on behalf of any client.

Client must supply the following:
    a. All relevant information as indicated in the FREE Ads Application.
    b. Text for the advertisement (and a photo, as mentioned in no 4 above, as well as no 6, or no 14 below). Text must not be cryptic. Editorial adjustments may be made. ADSA does not supply a free translation service. For more information, see Paid Options.

In cases where a special product is mentioned, the client may be requested to send photos of the unique product.

Web hosts do not qualify for free ads. Web hosts can request application forms at Paid Options.
